The Under Armour Record app is part of a health and fitness network, “dedicated to helping you lead a healthier life.” The app lets you choose personalized instruction, information, and even inspiration to help you stay on top of your fitness goals. You can track, analyze, and share your accomplishments, and even link your UA account to other fitness devices and apps like MyFitnessPal and Fitbit.

7 Minute Workout

Short on both time and money, but still want to make fitness a priority this year? The 7 Minute Workout app is perfect for you. This app features 12 high-intensity body-weight exercises that are 30 seconds per exercise with a 10 second rest period between each. With the 7 Minute Workout app, you will be able to see outlines, videos, and written descriptions of each workout routine. The app also provides countdown timers and voice prompts to motivate you through your workout.

While 7 Minute Workout is free to download on the App Store and Google Play, you can choose to purchase in-app upgrades that give you access to more features and exercises.

 

YouFood

What good is exercise if your slacking on your diet? Use the YouFood app to find and save healthy recipes for your everyday needs.
